Reach out within 30 days of delivery and tell us what didn't click. No essays required.

Refund or swap

Choose a full refund or a different product. We cover return shipping on the first exchange.

What's covered

The guarantee is deliberately generous. It covers:

  • "My pet just won't use it." Even gently-used items qualify — that's the whole point of a happy-pet guarantee.
  • Faults and defects. Anything that arrives damaged or fails in normal use is replaced or refunded, no questions.
  • Wrong size or fit. Bed too small, harness too big? Swap it for the right one, on us.
  • Changed your mind. Unopened items can come back for a full refund within 30 days.

The fine print (kept short)

  • The window is 30 days from the delivery date shown on your tracking.
  • One free exchange per item; additional swaps carry standard return shipping.
  • Refunds return to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
  • Consumable add-ons (like replacement filters) are covered for defects only.
