Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Shipping

We ship from regional warehouses to keep delivery quick and emissions low. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves the building.

  • Standard (3–5 business days): Free on orders over $49, otherwise a flat $5.99.
  • Dispatch time: Same day for orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day; next business day otherwise.
  • Where we ship: Across Canada, coast to coast. Remote and northern communities may see slightly longer transit times.

Returns & exchanges

If something isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Items should be in resalable condition — though if your pet already fell in love with a bed or toy, talk to us anyway under our happy-pet guarantee.

  • Start a return from your order tracking page or by contacting us.
  • We'll email a prepaid return label — returns are free on faulty or incorrect items.
  • Refunds land on your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
  • Prefer a swap? We'll send the replacement as soon as the return is scanned by the carrier.

Frequently asked

My order hasn't arrived yet — what should I do?

First, check your tracking link on the Track my order page. If the tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, reach out and we'll chase the carrier for you.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — contact us as soon as possible and we'll update it. Once it's dispatched, we can't redirect it, but most carriers let you reroute from the tracking page.

Do you ship internationally?

Right now we ship within Canada only. We're working on US shipping next — join the newsletter to hear when it goes live.
